At Ashaq Software and Data Solutions LLP. we are committed to delivering high-quality software development and digital marketing services. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.
Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel a project after confirmation and work has begun:
- Charges will apply for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Any advance payment beyond the value of the completed work may be refunded at our discretion.
- Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to Ashaqsoftwareds@gmail.com
Refund Policy
Software Development & Design Services
Refunds are not provided for work that has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
If the client is unsatisfied with the delivered work, we encourage communication to resolve issues through revisions, as outlined in the project agreement.
Digital Marketing Services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Refunds are not provided for ad budgets already spent on platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook).
Service fees for campaign setup and management are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Non-Delivery of Service
In rare cases where Ashaqs is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons (e.g., unforeseen technical challenges, resource unavailability), the client will be entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the situation and work completed.
How to Request a Refund
All refund or cancellation requests must be sent via email to Ashaqsoftwareds@gmail.com, clearly mentioning:

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
Dispute Resolution
Ashaqs aims to resolve all refund or cancellation matters through open communication. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be governed by applicable laws of Karnataka, India.
